Corn Muffin

Corn Muffin’s are very easy to prepare and can be baked in special molds. There are many different variants for the recipe as well. You can add cheese, fresh herbs or flax seeds. In addition to easy preparation, corn flour is known to have vitamins, minerals and amino acids, which is why it is recommended for overweight people. It has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system and blood flow. Corn flour facilitates the functioning of the digestive system, as well as, helps to remove “bad” cholesterol, improves the appearance of the skin.

Corn Muffin Ingredients:

15 spoons of corn flour,

2 eggs,

2 dl of yogurt,

2 dl of mineral water,

1 dl of oil,

1 bag of baking powder


Take a deep dish, then beat the eggs, and add yogurt, mineral water, oil and baking powder. Add salt as needed. Mix all the ingredients well, then grease the tray and spread the dough evenly. Bake total for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven. Bake for the first 15 minutes at a higher temperature, 200 °C, and then 15 minutes at 180 °C. When the Corn Muffins turn golden yellow, take them out of the oven let cool and serve. The ideal combination is with homemade cheese and yogurt.
