Ingredients needed for 4 servings:
30 g of dried mushrooms,
50 g of butter,
1 clove of crushed garlic,
250 g of different types of mushrooms,
1 red pepper, 100 g of canned artichoke,
200 vegetable broth,
2 tablespoons of red wine,
1 tablespoon of tomato juice,
130 ml of cream.
Put the dried mushrooms in 150 ml of boiling water for 20 minutes. then drain them, and save the broth. Wash, clean and cut the peppers into strips. Fresh mushrooms should also be cleaned.
In a large bowl, melt half the butter, add the onion, garlic, fry with occasional stirring for about 5 minutes, until the onion softens. Then add salt and pepper to taste. Then add artichoke, mushroom broth, wine, vegetable broth, tomato juice and sour cream. Cover with foil and bake at a low temperature for about 15 minutes. This dish is served warm.
