Steak with vegetables ingredients:
steak 1 kg,
1 celery,
6 carrots,
2 zucchini,
200 g green beans,
spoon of oil,
50 g of butter,
pepper,
salt, fresh parsley

Preparation:
Peel the carrot, celery, make the desired shapes, balls, triangles with a knife. Peel the zucchini into thin sheets. Wash and separate the parsley leaves from the stems. Save the leaves for decorating later. Steam the parsley stalks. Tie the green beans with the parsley stalks into bundles and cut off the ends of the green beans to make even bundles. Steam the vegetables in hot water, leave the zucchini for about 4 minutes, carrots and celery for about 10 minutes, and green beans for 20 minutes. Drain all the vegetables and fry them in 20 g of butter for ten minutes. Preheat the oven to 240 degrees Celsius. Coat the meat with oil, pepper and salt, put it in the oven. Reduce the oven temperature and bake for 25 minutes, until the meat is golden brown. Turn and baste the meat. When the meat is ready, wrap it in aluminum foil and leave it in the oven for another 10 minutes. Pour 1 dl of water into the sauce in which you roasted the meat, season with salt and pepper, finely chop the parsley and pour everything together into the sauce pan. Serve warm. Put the vegetables on a plate and put the meat on top of it. You can serve different sauces with this dish.
