Stuffed Potato Purée

This is a simple and delicious recipe with potatoes and minced meat.

Stuffed Potato Purée Ingredients:
Mashed potato * 1 kilo of boiled potatoes squeezed*,
1 tablespoon margarine,
salt to taste,
200 ml milk.
500 grams ground beef,
1/2 chopped bell pepper,
1 chopped tomato seed,
2 cloves of minced garlic,
1 packet of seasoning ready red,
Salt and oregano to taste,
1 chopped onion,
juice of 1/2 lemon,
2 tablespoons of tomato extract,
150 grams of ham,
300 ml of water,
300 grams of mozzarella.

Stuffed Potato Purée preparation:

Mashed potato
Put the potato, margarine, salt, milk in a pan.
Stir well over low heat.
Fry the garlic and onion. Add the meat and sauté well. Add lemon juice and let it evaporate. Put the bell pepper, tomato, seasoning ready, salt, oregano, extract of tomato and sauté well. Add water to cover the meat and cook until water dry. In a 24×32 form do a a layer of puree, a layer of ham, the meat and the mozzarella. Make another layer with the puree, put mozzarella on top and splash oregano.
Place in the oven until melted mozzarella.
