Fit peanut and oat cake

Ingredients:
1 cup ground peanuts
1 cup of finely rolled oats
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of melted butter
2 very ripe bananas
3 tablespoons of raisins (optional)
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence (optional)
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Note: Grind peanuts in a blender.

Way of preparation:
Put eggs, banana, melted butter in a blender and beat for two minutes.

Then transfer to a bowl (or basin), add crushed peanuts, oats, yeast and additional ingredients (raisins and vanilla flavoring).

Mix well with a spoon until you get a homogeneous mass and pour into a greased mold.

Bake for 30 minutes in a medium-high oven, heated to 180ºC – test with a toothpick, leave for a few more minutes if necessary.

Tip: in order for the cake to have a darker color, you can grease the mold with cocoa powder or culinary chocolate.
