Savory Bundt Cake is an ideal choice for Easter lunch. The recipe is simple, and the combination of vegetables is very tasty.
Required ingredients:
150 g of green beans,
180 g of carrots,
550 g of potatoes,
1 onion,
2 eggs,
70 g of grated Parmesan,
breadcrumbs,
1 bunch of parsley leaves,
piece of butter,
olive oil,
salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
Boil the potatoes for half an hour in salted water, peel them, peel them and mash them. Place the resulting mashed potatoes in a wide container. Peel the carrot, cut off the tops of the green beans and steam them. Then chop the vegetables into small pieces and mix them into the mashed potatoes. After that, peel and finely chop the onion, then lightly fry it in a piece of butter and a little olive oil. Then stir the fried onion into the mixture. After that, add eggs, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.

Coat the gugelhupf mould with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, pour the prepared mixture into it and bake for about 40 minutes in an oven heated to 180 degrees. Savory Bundt Cake can be served warm or cold.
