Delicious salads


No holiday, no feast is complete without a delicious salads. Here you will find popular recipes for vegetable and meat salads, as well as ideas for their design.

French salad
French salad requires: 700 g of potatoes, 500 g of carrots, 500 g of peas, 400 g of ham, 500 g of pickles, 4 eggs, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 2 small teaspoons of salt, 750 g of mayonnaise, half a lemon.
Preparation – Boil potatoes and carrots, cool and cut into cubes. Then add peas, boiled, finely chopped cucumbers, ham, boiled eggs, mustard, mayonnaise and salt. Mix all the ingredients, add a little lemon. Leave to cool and serve. You can put this salad in small silicone molds and grate it with one hard-boiled egg.
Chicken salad
Chicken salad requires: 300 g of white chicken meat, 150 g of mature cheese, 150 g of pickles, 50 g of dry pork loin, 50 g of chopped peanuts, 50 g of softened butter, 100 ml of mayonnaise, 100 ml of sour cream or Miller.
Preparation – Blanch the chicken meat in water to which we previously added a little salt. When the meat is cooked, remove it from the water and let it cool. Then chop the meat in a blender, add butter and mix. Grind the other ingredients individually in a blender (cucumbers, dry pork loin, cheese) and add them to the bowl with the meat. After that, add ground peanuts, mayonnaise and sour cream, then season to taste and mix well to obtain a uniform mass.
Vegetarian salad with cheese
Vegetarian salad with cheese requires: 300 g of soft cow’s cheese, 300 g of wheat, 200 g of walnuts, 2 peppers, tomatoes, two hot peppers, a little vinegar, olive oil and salt.
Preparation – Put the wheat to cook the night before preparing the salad. Wash it in two waters and let it boil. Cook it for 45 minutes. Then take it off the stove, cover it with a cloth and leave it on the stove overnight. The next day, grind the walnuts, and cut the tomatoes and peppers into cubes. Drain the wheat from the water and pour it into a bowl. Add ground nuts, vegetables to the wheat and mix well. Season with oil and salt. Add half of the grated young cow’s cheese and mix everything slowly. sprinkle the rest of the cheese on the salad.
