Savory cake with cheese and herbs required ingredients:
320 g of carrots,
135 g of butter,
2 teaspoons of baking powder,
4 eggs,
75 g of flour,
30 g of starch,
150 ground almonds,
4 teaspoons of chopped parsley and chives,
80 g of grated Gouda cheese,
200 g of cream cheese,
250 g of low-fat cheese,
spoon of lemon juice.
First, grate the carrot. Add half a teaspoon of salt to the softened butter. Separate the egg whites and yolks, then add flour, thickener, baking powder, almonds, carrots, two tablespoons of herbs, and cheese to the yolks. Beat the egg whites into stiff peaks and mix into the mixture. Pour onto a tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes. Then cool.
