Starting with hamburgers, meatballs and spaghetti, as well as with cabbage meat rolls. Which is why ground beef has shown to be always an ideal choice. Of course there is a natural choice as an option with the addition of vegetables. This gives the opportunity to enjoy a delicious meatloaf that requires: 800 g or 1.75 lbs of minced beef, three slices of old bread, two eggs, 200 g or a half lb of feta cheese, one head of onion, a half a bunch of parsley leaves, 50 g of sesame seeds, 2 dl of sweet cream, one red pepper, one yellow paprika, a teaspoon of mustard, salt, pepper, sweet allspice, two teaspoons of thickener, 50 grams or 3.5 tablespoons of butter. Preparation: Soak the bread in cold water and then let it stand for 10 minutes. Bake the peppers in the oven. Then clean the seeds and peel them to cut it into cubes. Fry the sesame seeds in a pan without fat. Cut feta and onion into cubes. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Put the meat in a deep dish, then add the drained bread, onion, parsley, paprika, eggs, mustard, pepper, allspice and salt. Mix everything well and spread it on transparent foil about 1.5 cm or 1/2 in thick. Then sprinkle with cubes of feta and wrap the roll using foil. Coat the aluminum foil with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds, place the meat roll on top. Wrap the roll in aluminum foil and seal the ends well. Roll in a heated oven for 45 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius or 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Take out the baked roll from the foil, and pour the juice released by the meat into a saucepan, boil and add sweet cream, thickener, salt, pepper, and allspice.
