red food coloring.

Preparation:
Beat butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, rum and egg yolk. Add melted chocolate and egg white slow. Then ground almonds and breadcrumbs and mix well. Pour half the dough into a baking sheet and bake at 175 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 45 minutes. Bake another crust from the second half of the dough.
Filling: Drain the cherries, separate one third, and puree the rest. Separate half the amount from the mashed ones. Mix the rest of the cherries with sugar, vanilla sugar, sour cream and lemon peel. Add gelatin. As soon as the mass starts to gel, add stiffly whipped cream, whole cherries and grated chocolate. Mix everything.
