The oregano spice is extremely useful for healing and preserving health. It contains polyphenols and numerous flavones, and the wild oregano oil contain a large amount of magnesium, zinc, potassium, vitamins B2 and C, iron, boron, copper. The oil contains more than 60 compounds, the most important of which are carvacrol, thymol, limonene, pinene and ocimene.
Homemade oregano oil ingredients:
one half cup of oregano,
half a cup of extra virgin olive oil.
The ratio of oregano and olive oil should be 1:1.
First, wash and dry the oregano, then put the leaves in a plastic bag with a zipper to release the oil. After that, heat the olive oil and make sure it doesn’t boil! Pour this oil into the bag with the oregano and mix the mixture well in the bag. Then pour the mixture into a clean jar and let it stand for two weeks in a cool and dry place. After two weeks, strain the oil and then it is ready for use.
It is necessary:
800 ml of water,
three bay leaves,
three pinches of oregano.
Boil the water and take it off. Remove the pots from the stove and add a stick of cinnamon and three bay leaves, a level tablespoon of green tea and a pinch of dried oregano to the water. Pick up the drink and let it stand for 15 minutes, then strain it and drink it.
ingredients: a glass of almond oil,
two tablespoons of coconut oil,
two spoons of beeswax,
a teaspoon of vitamin E oil,
spoon of shea butter,
a pinch of oregano,

Leave them at room temperature until the cream hardens, then close the lid and store in a cool place. The cream should be applied to the face every morning before washing and in the evening before cleansing the face.

Pour 150 ml or the 3.5 cups of boiling water over a teaspoon of chopped oregano leaves, cover and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Drink tea cold or lukewarm several times a day. This tea is recommended for colds, sore throats, especially coughs, but also for asthma and bronchitis.
