As part of this tradition, the Christmas kitchen has an important role, and among the most important are delicacies. It is hard to imagine a table without this magical delicacy. In our family, the celebration of Christmas is always filled with a good mood and a reminder of the time of joy, wonder and love. This year we decided on the best Christmas Brownies. The wonderful combination of ingredients made this delicacy very tasty and irresistible. The recipe for Christmas Brownies is as follows:
200 grams or 1 cup of dark chocolate
150 grams or half a cup of unsalted butter
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
200 grams or 1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence or a couple of sachets of vanilla
4 eggs
100 grams or half a cup of flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, peanuts – to your taste)
How to Make Christmas Brownie
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit and place a square baking dish in the center of the oven. The form must first be greased with butter.
Melt chocolate with butter. You can steam it, or you can use it in the microwave.
Add sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla essence (or vanillin) to the chocolate-creamy mass, mix.
Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
Add flour and nuts, salt. Mix.
Pour the resulting dough into a hot mold and put in the oven for about 30 minutes.
Readiness will be checked with a toothpick, it should be slightly moist.
Do not overcook brownies in the oven – they will be too dry.
Take the mold out of the oven and cool. Serve brownies at room temperature or chilled in the refrigerator.
