Festive stuffed potatoes

Christmas is coming soon! In order to get into the Christmas Spirit with style, we have to mark it with holiday decorations, decorations band, preparing some new dishes for the family gathering around the Christmas table. The special holiday routine, customs, traditions, colors, sparkles and lights make the whole atmosphere magical and unique. But in order for this time to be a feast for the soul and eyes, specially prepared dishes will give a touch of celebration and joy. We decided on holiday stuffed potatoes, a simple and affordable dish that will be on our holiday table.
Festive stuffed potatoes required ingredients for 6 people:
6 medium-sized white potatoes, 100 g or 1/2 cup prosciutto, 2 carrots, 100 g or 1/2 cup of cauliflower florets, 400 ml or 1.5 cups of mayonnaise. Also add just a pinch of salt, pepper, fresh parsley to taste.
Preparation of festive stuffed potatoes:
Wash the potatoes, cut each one in half and arrange them in a tray. Salt the potatoes and bake for about 35 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius or 380 degrees Fahrenheit. Then cook the carrot until soft. During this time, grind the cauliflower in a blender, chop the prosciutto into small pieces, and leave 12 pieces for decoration beforehand. Scoop out the cooled baked potato with a spoon, and put the part you removed in a bowl. Add ground cauliflower, chopped prosciutto and mayonnaise to it, then season everything with pepper to taste. Fill the hollowed out potatoes with this mixture and decorate them with diced carrots and chopped parsley and the remaining 12 pieces of prosciutto.
