Cauliflower with red sauce

Cauliflower with red sauce ingredients: one head of medium-sized cauliflower, 3 heads of onion, 25 g or 1.5 tablespoons of butter, one tablespoon of sweet allspice, 125 ml or a half of cup of the meat of your choice, then salt and pepper to taste (optional).


If you decide to ad meat begin by preparing it in the best way that suits you. Then set it aside. After that slice and divide the cleaned cauliflower into florets and cook for ten minutes in boiling salted water. After that, drain the vegetables. Now for the sauce, dice up the onions and fry them in butter. Also making sure not to brown them to much. After that remove the vegetables from the stove sprinkling them with paprika, then add salt and pepper to taste. Then pour the sauce over the cauliflower (and meat mixture), let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes then enjoy.
