Pork schnitzels with mushrooms


Meat is a source of easily digestible, energetically valuable ingredients. It is a natural source of protein, minerals, unsaturated fats and other elements necessary for the proper functioning of the body. The combination of fresh pork, mushrooms, onions and cucumbers makes this dish very tasty and easy to prepare.
Ingredients for pork schnitzels with mushrooms:
Six pork leg steaks,
two heads of onion,
2 pickles,
3 dl or 1.5 cups of sour cream,
250 g or 1 cup of mushrooms,
mustard,
pepper,
flour as needed or to taste, and salt.
Pork schnitzels with mushrooms preparing:
Pound the steaks with a meat mallet, salt, pepper and coat with mustard. (Cut or dice) the onions into small cubes. Then do the same with the cucumbers. Then fry the meat on a grill pan. Take out the steaks and fry the onion in the same oil and juices as the steaks. After add chopped mushrooms and stew. Towards the end of stewing, remove the lid to evaporate the excess liquid. Add sour cream and pickles. Cook everything together for another 10 minutes. If the sauce is too thin, add a little flour. After you mix and make the PERFECT STEW let cool and rest then #ENJOY!!!
