Winter salad with peas

Winter salad with peas ingredients:
250 to 300 g of chicken fillet,
120 g of sour cream,
100 g of cucumbers,
150 g canned peas,
salt, pepper.

Winter salad with peas cooking method:
First, cook the chicken fillet for about 15 to 20 minutes and remove from the stove. When the chicken fillet has cooled, cut it into cubes. Then cut the cucumbers into medium-sized cubes. Rinse the peas well and pour them into a large container and mix them with the cucumbers and the fillet. Add sour cream and season with salt and pepper. We put some fresh chopped parsley and about 30 grams of mustard. Enjoy this wonderful winter salad.
