The Joy Of Making Pumpkin Muffins

Yellowish or orange pumpkins contain a number of nutritious and medicinal ingredients. Pumpkin muffins


Pumpkin muffins ingredients:
2 eggs,
3 cups of flour,
1 cup of milk,
1 cup of yellow sugar,
1 cup pumpkin puree,
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce,
2 spoons of white sugar,
4 teaspoons of baking powder,
1 teaspoon of common salt,
1 teaspoon of cinnamon,
1 teaspoon of nutmeg,
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves,
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice,
1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger.
Pumpkin pepper muffins
Heat the oven to 165 C or 330 F. Line the muffin tins with paper basket inliners. Mix all the ingredients well into a uniform mixture. Use it to fill the prepared molds up to 3/4 of the height. Bake for 20 minutes. Check with a wooden stick or fork to see if the middle of the cake is baked. When it it is done pull out and let cool 10-15mins. Then you serve muffins with tea or coffee.
