Cheese Stuffed Tomatoes

Cheese Stuffed Tomatoes ingredients:

1 kg of tomatoes,
250 grams of soft cheese,
250 g of hard cheese,
1 tsp sour cream,
small onion,
Cheese Stuffed Tomatoes preparation:
Wash the tomato, carefully cut off the top, then hollow it out. The removed inner part of the tomato is mixed with soft cheese. After that, hard cheese is cut into small cubes and placed in sour milk, along with finely chopped onions and spices. Fill the tomato with both fillings and put the cut top part of the tomato on top.

Baked Meatballs Potato

Blumenkohl-Kartoffel-Auflauf mit Hackfleischbällchen

6 medium potatoes, peeled, quartered
1 medium onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 bunch of parsley, chopped
1 tsp tomato paste
3 cups water
green paper (3-4 numbers)

Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil

Meatball Ingredients:
500 gr ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cups of bread crumbs
Some parsley chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

To prepare meatballs. In large bowl, combine all the meatball ingredients. Work gently with hands until mixture holds together. Divide mixture into 16 portions. Shaped into flat balls/or fingers.
Preheat oven 350F/180C.
Get a oven dish, put your potatoes first;
add salt and some red paper flakes then oil;
mix them up with your hands.
place the meat balls evenly at the top..
place the papers between them. and then your tomatoes..
cook it for 45 mins until potatoes are done.
serve with plain rice..
