Greek summer salad

Summer fruits, vegetables and young herbs represent an abundance of colors and freshness.
Greek summer salad Ingredients for four servings: 4 tomatoes, a cucumber, a head of onion, two small green peppers, a small head of lettuce, 150g of feta cheese, a parsley leaf, 1/2 dcl of olive oil, a teaspoon of wine vinegar, black olives, salt, pepper. Cut the washed cucumbers and tomatoes into slices, and the pepper into noodles. Wash the lettuce. Line the bowl with the larger leaves, and mix the small ones with other prepared vegetables and olives. Mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl, pour over the salad and garnish with parsley.
