Captain’s crew


5 eightball zucchini
2 cups of Parboiled Italian Rice
2 carrots
3 young onions or scallions
Whole bouquet of parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cook rice till almost done then take out and put in a foil pan. You then will want to take the vegetables mentioned or whatever are your choice favorites and add them separately but in foil as well. When you have them all ready to go you will add Olive Oil to each. Once your rice and vegetables are seasoned and oiled to taste. You will want to foil and add your rice mix and veggies to your zucchini and bake them together covered in foil and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 185 Celsius for 30 minutes. After that then take out you zucchini eight balls uncover them then bake again for another five minutes. Then you turn off your oven and go to town and GRUB AND ENJOY 😉
