How to make Ginger lemonade?
Squeeze the juice of three large lemons. Strain and discard the crust. Peel a squash, grate it and chop finely with a blender. Mix in a small bowl about two cups of water, lemon juice, ginger and 5-6 tablespoons of honey. Put the pot on the fire. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low and cook on this low heat for about 20 minutes.
Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about half an hour. Mix the contents with cold water so that the total volume is approximately 3 liters. If desired, add more honey, you can add mint leaves in the same place. Ginger lemonade is ready – serve it cold, you can with ice.
