Easter healthy cake with vegetables

For 1 big cake

  • 500 g flour
  • 100 g melted butter (ghee)
  • 10 g salt
  • 150 g fresh spinach
  • 15 g dry yeast
  • 120 ml water
  • 50 g boiled peeled beets
  • 50 g peeled boiled carrots
  • 1 avocado
  • 5 g sesame

Easter healthy cake with vegetables Cooking method

Step 1. Rinse spinach, dry, chop into strips. 

Step 2. Dilute yeast in warm water. Add flour, salt, stir.

Step 3. Add spinach and ghee to the mass. Knead until a homogeneous dough, cover with a towel, let rise in a warm place

Step 4. Cut the beets and carrots into small cubes, add to the dough. Knead. Put in a mold, let stand 20 minutes 

Step 5. Bake at 160 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool down. 

Step 6. Garnish with mashed avocado in a blender. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
