Easter cake with blueberries

Easter cake with blueberries – The author of the recipe is Kirill Berger.
Ingredients (2 servings):
Butter – 185 g;
Wheat flour – 200 g;
Baking powder – 7 g;
Salt – 1 g;
Sugar – 235 g;
Egg – 4 pcs.;
Frozen blueberries – 150 g.
1.
Beat butter with sugar until white.
2.
Mix dry ingredients and sift.
3.
Introduce eggs into the oil.
4.
Mix the egg mixture with the flour and gently fold in the blueberries.
5.
Spread the dough into molds and bake in the oven at a temperature of 175 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
