Coconut biscuits Ingredients:
150 gr of coconut flour,
1 egg,
100 gr of melted butter,
100 gr of sugar,
100 gr of flour,
1 vanillin sachets,
1 teaspoon of baking powder,
1 tablespoon of dark rum


Coconut biscuits Procedure
In a bowl, mix the coconut, sugar, flour, vanilla, sifted yeast and a
pinch of salt.
Add the beaten egg and mix, then pour the melted butter and rum.
Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
Shape into balls, then press one end with your fingertips to form
a mound.
Arrange the biscuits on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake for about 15/20
minutes at 180 ° C.
Let them cool.

ANGEL BISCUITS

1 package dry yeast
2 Tablespoon warm water
5 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup shortening
2 cups buttermilkDissolve yeast in warm water and set aside.
Combine dry ingredients, cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add yeast mixture and buttermilk to dry ingredients.
Mix well, turn out on floured surface, knead about 1 minute, roll or pat our and cut into biscuits.
Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees F. for about 15 minutes.
Dough will keep in refrigerator 1 week.
