Dandelion Honey –

dandelions – 300 pcs.
sugar – 1 kg
water – 2 glasses
citric acid – 0.5 tsp
or lemon – 0.5 pcs.

Dandelion Honey preparing:

Pick flowers without stems of dandelions. Levae only yellow dandelion flowers for jam. Make syrup from sugar and water.
Dip the flowers into the ready-made boiling syrup, after washing them well in cold water, let it boil and cook for 20 minutes. In the resulting mass, 2-3 minutes before readiness, add citric acid (half a teaspoon) or juice squeezed from half a lemon, and cook a little more.

Remove the cooked mass from the fire, leave for a day. The next day, squeeze the mixture through gauze or put it on a sieve (you need to remove the flowers).
Again, put the dandelion jam and cook for 20 minutes at a low boil. After that, dandelion honey is considered ready.
