Pan-fried hake fillets & Cabbage Salad
Ingredients for 2 serve:
Fish fillets 300 g
Olive Oil
Lemon75 g
1 Clove Garlic
1 Teaspoon Finely Chopped Fresh Parsley
Salt & Pepper To Taste
Pan-fried hake fillets & Cabbage Salad Directions

Coat each piece carefully drop into the heated oil. Defrost and fry in abundant , very hot oil for 5–6 minutes until golden brown . In order to maintain the frying temperature, do not fry too many units at once. Use a slotted spoon to remove the fish from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate. Sprinkle with parsley, garlic and lemon juice. Serve with Cabbage Salad.
