Red fruit salad

In this recipe Red fruit are in perfect combination. It is known that raspberries have a characteristic taste and are usually perceived as primary aromas. Moreover, raspberries stand out as indispensable in fruit salads.

Red fruit salad
serves 4
250g/9oz strawberries, hulled
and halved
100g/4oz raspberries
250g/9oz cherries, pitted
1 tablespoon Cointreau
1 tablespoon soft brown sugar
Firstly put the strawberries, raspberries
and cherries in a bowl, drizzle
with Cointreau, cover and set
aside for 20 minutes.
Secondly Put the sugar and 2 tablespoons
water in a small pan. Then gently stir over a light heat for 3 minutes instead or until the sugar us dissolved. Morever cool, pour
over the fruit, and serve.
