Preparation: Beat the eggs with the sugar with a hand or electric whisk for about 10 minutes, until they are swollen and foamy. Add the oil and milk while continuing to beat. Finally, add the sifted flour with the baking powder. Mix well and pour the mixture into a 26 cm diameter pan, preferably hinged, greased and floured. Pour the Nutella onto the mixture with a spoon, making it fall, creating rays all over the surface.
Once the cake is cooked, the Nutella will fall into the dough to fill the whole cake deliciously. Bake immediately (before the Nutella starts to go down into the dough) in a previously preheated oven at 180 ° for about 30 minutes. Check the cooking by inserting a toothpick into the cake which should come out dry. Let the cake cool before taking it out of the oven on a serving dish.
