Green salad with rusk
2 curly lettuce
1 large cucumber
2 bunches fresh onion
2 slices rye rusk
Sauce
1/2
cup yogurt 2 tbsp. mustard
salt
pinch of black pepper
1/2 lemon
Method of preparation: Lettuce, cucumber and onion cut into small pieces and mix with milk, oil and salt.
Pour the sprinkled crackers over the salad. Beat the sauce products well with the lemon juice. Pour over the salad before serving.
