1/2 kg. dried red peppers
300 g walnuts, crushed
3 onions
1/3 tsp oil
dried spices / parsley, dill , mint
preparation: Pour the peppers with a glass of water to soften.
Fry the onion, finely chopped, until golden. Add the walnuts and spices.
Fill the peppers with the mixture and arrange them in a tray. Pour warm water and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
