Chicken with wine

1 chicken, cut into portions

2 carrots
1 onion
1 tsp white wine
2 tomatoes
2 peppers
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch dill
1 tsp paprika
salt and pepper taste
Method of preparation: The chicken is stewed in oil, along with diced carrots and sliced ​​onions. When the meat is red, add the red pepper, the finely chopped tomatoes, the striped peppers, the chopped parsley and dill, and the black pepper.
Pour the wine and 1 teaspoon of warm water over the dish, add salt and simmer over low heat. The dish should remain fat.
Served with a garnish of french fries.
