1 1/2 tsp. sugar
5 tbsp. oil
5 tbsp. water
2 tsp. flour
1 pack. baking powder
1 vanilla powder
1 tsp. apples / cleaned of seeds, peeled and cut into small cubes /
1/2 tsp. walnuts / coarsely chopped /
1/2 tsp. powdered sugar
Method of preparation: Beat the eggs and sugar until white. Add the water, oil and flour sifted with baking powder. Sprinkle with vanilla and mix very well. Sprinkle apples and walnuts with 1 tbsp. flour, pour into the dough and mix gently until the mixture absorbs them. Then the dough is poured into a greased cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees, initially on the lower rack, and after rising, turn on the top. Sprinkle the cooled cake with plenty of powdered sugar. Enjoy!
You can use other fruits, but they must be hard / pears, quinces /, and other nuts / almonds, hazelnuts /.
