Pasta with olives and feta

1 packet of pasta
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 cup onion, cut into thin slices
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 cups red peppers, cut into strips
1/4 cup water or broth
10 olives “Calamon”, chopped
1 tsp oregano
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
115 feta cheese, crushed
Method of preparation: In a large bowl, boil the pasta in boiling water or broth.
While the pasta is boiling, heat the fat in a non-stick pan.
Add onion and stew until soft.
Add the garlic and peppers and stir. Stew for another 2 minutes.
Add the water (broth) and simmer until the peppers are soft.
Add the olives, oregano, red and black pepper.
Drain the pasta and add the sauce. Crush the cheese on top.
Serve with wine.
