Milk tiramisu

Ingredients:4 egg yolks
150 grams of sugar
500 gr. of mascarpone
30 Ladyfingers
Cold milk to soak the ladyfingers
60 gr. of grated dark chocolate
The procedure is the same as for traditional tiramisu, only instead of coffee, milk is used.

Put the 4 egg yolks and the sugar in a bowl and mix with a whisk until a frothy cream is obtained. Add the mascarpone and continue to mix vigorously with a whisk or using a hand mixer.
In the meantime, whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt and gently incorporate them into the mascarpone using a whisk, making a movement from the bottom up.
Put a layer of ladyfingers in a 30 × 40 cmq pan and wet them with the sweetened milk (about one and a half tablespoons for each biscuit).
Pour half of the mascarpone cream and over the grated chocolate.
Cover with another layer of ladyfingers, wet them with milk and pour the rest of the cream.
Sprinkle the white tiramisu with the cocoa powder. Refrigerate for a couple of hours
and serve your tiramisu.
If you still have the cream left over, you can fill glasses and make mini portions.
