Bolognese sauce


Minced meat sauce according to a traditional recipe
Products: 200 minced beef
30 g butter
1/2 onion
1 carrot
40 g ham
pinch of nutmeg
1 tablespoon tomato juice
200 ml. beef broth, thick
salt, pepper
Method of preparation: Finely chop the onions and carrots, and sauté them lightly in the oil – without browning. Gradually add the ground beef. Finely chopped ham is added together with the tomato juice without stopping the stirring. Salt and pepper to taste can be put together with the broth. Finally, sprinkle with nutmeg (crushed). Cook on medium heat for about an hour, the result should be a medium-thick sauce with a slightly spicy taste
