Potato pancakes

Potato pancakes ingredients:

2 cups of peeled and grated potatoes
2 spoons. flour
2 spoons. mayonnaise
1 egg
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 small onion, grated

Potato pancakes method of preparation:

Drain the potatoes from the water. Mix with other ingredients.
Form a pancake with a spoon and fry until golden brown.
Serve with tomato sauce, cream or cheese.

Mushroom pancakes

Ingredients 500 gr. mushrooms 1 onion 2 eggs 4 tablespoons sour cream 4 tablespoons. spoons of flour Salt, pepper, greens Finely slice the mushrooms and fry them in oil, as the liquid starts to evaporate, add finely chopped onions and fry them further. For the dough, mix egg, sour cream, salt, pepper, add finely chopped greens, add mushrooms and flour fried with onions. We mix everything well. Fry our pancakes in a heated pan on sunflower oil on both sides, until golden brown. We eat with sour cream.

Smoked Meat Pie

Dough 2 eggs 0.5 l of milk 0.5 tablespoons of sugar 200 g of sour cream Salt, 1 m of yeast Grease your hands and work surface with oil, not flour and knead the dough so that it does not stick to your hands, cover with a napkin and move on to the filling Smoked meat you can finely chop with fat, add some onion and fry in a pan. Roll out the dough thinly, cut circles as for dumplings, put the filling in the middle and pinch the ends, before baking, brush with beaten egg yolk.

Jam Biscuit glazed with lemon fondant

Ingredients: 3 eggs, 150 g of powdered sugar, 30 g of apricot jam, 80 g of butter, 0.2 l of milk, 300 g of flour (preferably of the highest quality), a pinch of baking soda (7 g), 80 g of walnuts. Lemon lipstick for the glaze: 1 egg white, 100 g of powdered sugar, 1 tbsp. spoon of lemon juice. HOW TO COOK: Beat eggs, sugar, jam and melted warm butter or margarine until foam forms, add milk, flour, baking soda, chopped (half the norm) and beaten (remaining) walnuts to the mixture. The mass is thoroughly mixed. The finished dough is rolled out in a pan greased with butter and sprinkled with flour, placed in a heated oven and baked on low heat. Cool the finished product, glaze with lemon fondant. When the lipstick hardens, the biscuit is cut into rectangular pieces. Lemon fondant: Beat egg whites with sugar and lemon juice until stiff.
