Kinder Pingui Cake

Ingredients for
• 300g of flour
• 6 eggs
• 300 gr. of sugar
• 1 small glass of seed oil
• 1 glass of milk
• 2 sachets of baking powder
• 250g of vallè
• 1 small jar of Nutella
• 250g whipped cream
• 1 box of bitter cocoa

With an electric mixer, whisk the egg whites until stiff, in another bowl mix the egg yolks with the sugar, gradually add the flour, oil, milk, 80 g of cocoa and finally the yeast, the egg whites and the valley. Put about 30x20cm in a medium-sized pan. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C. When the cake is cold cut it in half and spread the Nutella and the cream on top of it, cover with the other half of the cake and sprinkle it with the remaining cocoa.
