Crunchy puffed rice and chocolate
Ingredients for Crunchy puffed rice and chocolate :
- 150/200 gr of dark chocolate (milk chocolate is fine too)
- 100 gr of puffed rice
- 20 gr of butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 sheet of baking paper
Crunchy puffed rice and chocolate preparation:
Spread the sheet of baking paper.
Cut the chocolate into small pieces and put it in a non-stick container with the butter over medium heat, wait for it to melt while stirring with a wooden spoon.
When the chocolate is liquid, add the milk and continue stirring.
At this point, lower the heat to low and pour the puffed rice, continue stirring vigorously so that the rice joins the chocolate and turn off the heat.
Spread the dough on the sheet of baking paper (previously prepared) taking care to keep the mixture at a height of about 2 cm.
Put the pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours then cut the mixture into squares and serve
