150 gr of dark chocolate,
25 gr of unsweetened cocoa,
5 eggs,

Caprese cake Procedure:
In a thick-bottomed pot, melt the dark chocolate with butter in a double boiler. Transfer the melted chocolate with the butter to a bowl and add the sugar and cocoa, mixing everything well. Chop the almonds and add them to the dough.
Now add the eggs one at a time as they are incorporated into the mixture, stirring energetically with a wooden spoon.
Grease and flour the 24 cm caprese mold and pour the mixture into it (the caprese mixture is very dense). Cook the caprese at 150 ° for 50 minutes / 1 hour
