Oriental spaghetti
Ingredients: (for 4 people)

  • 300 of spaghetti
  • 350 of scampi tails
  • 200 g of bean sprouts
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
    Oriental spaghetti-Preparation

Wash and drain the bean sprouts well. Rinse the prawns, remove
the carapece, cut them in half.
Carefully clean the spring onions, wash them and slice them finely.
Wash half a green pepper, cut it into thin strips.

In a saucepan, heat a little olive oil, add the medium
pepper and spring onions previously sliced ​​and left to dry over
moderate heat for about 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water.
Add the soy sprouts to the pepper and spring onions, wet with a little
pasta cooking water, cover and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

Finally add the soy sauce, the prawns and cook for another 2
minutes. Remove the spaghetti, pour them into a bowl, add the sauce
and mix. Serve and enjoy in your meal
