Stari recept za domaci kecap

Stavite ribanu ili mljevenu rajcicu bez sjemenki i ogulite rajčicu (oko 10 -12 kg). Unutar stavite 3-4 luka, 3-4 mrkve i 3-4 paprike,kada omekšaju, vade se,tako da ostane samo rajcica. Kako se rajčica zgusne, dodajte 3-4 žlice ulja.Kad zakipi i rajčica se dobro zgusne, dodajte sol, šećer, crni papar, kim, muškatni oraščić i sitno naribani češnjak po ukusu. Stavite u staklenke i sterilizirajte 15-20 minuta.net
