Krem juha od tikvice i karfiola (bez vrhnja)

Nasjeckati manju glavicu luka, otprilike 2-3 tikvice na kockice (bilo koja vrsta), a pola manjeg karfiola na cvjetiće. Ubaciti u lonac sve i lagano prodinstati na malo maslinovog ulja. Posoliti s pola žličice soli, i zaliti vodom da pokrije povrće. Lagano kuhati 20 min. Izblendati pola i vratiti u juhu. Posuti majčnom dušicom i koprom.
