Starinski recept sa gljivama

Na podinstani luk se stavi dosta gljiva, malo se proprži doda se vode, koncentrata od rajčice, soli, papra, list lovora. Kad voda zavre uspu se kockice krumira, doda se malo slatke i po ukusu ljute paprike. Kad je krumpir kuhan ulije se 2 dcl kiselijeg vina ili 0,5-1 dcl domaćeg octa.net
