Ingredients for Baked Potato Pancakes Recipe
2 potatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of yoghurt
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 bunch of dill (finely chopped)
1/2 onion
Draining the water while adding the onion to the potatoes will dilute the potato pancake dough you will prepare. Therefore, straining the juice of the onion is important for this recipe.

Set the oven to 170 degrees.

Add all the ingredients except flour and make a dough.
