Fresh Fruit Cake Recipe

3 eggs
1/2 tea glass of oil
1 tea glass of milk
1 glass of granulated sugar
1.5 cups of flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
10 strawberries
200 grams of black mulberry

100 grams margarine
1 lemon juice
1 pack vanillin
5-6 strawberries
1 handful black mulberry

Preparation: Put the eggs and powdered sugar in a whisking bowl and whisk them well with the help of a mixer. Then add the butter and milk and whisk for a while.
Add the lemon juice, flour and baking powder and whisk for a few more minutes. Then pour the cake mixture you have prepared into a cake mold, the bottom of which is well-oiled.
Wash it on top, sprinkle the chopped strawberries and black mulberries, bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35 minutes.
While the cake is baking, prepare the top syrup. Whisk the melted margarine together with the sugar. Then add the lemon juice and vanilla and whisk for a while. Your sherbet is ready.
Check if it is cooked towards the end of the cooking time with the help of a toothpick. If your cake is cooked, remove it from the oven and transfer it to a serving plate while it is still hot.
Pour the sherbet you prepared while it was still hot on the cake you put on the serving plate and let it cool in this way.
After the cake cools, decorate it with fresh fruits and serve.
