Fold the washed and chopped spinach leaves in a saucepan, fill with water and put over low heat. Stir the lid for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Mix the mass with the raw egg, beat with salt and nutmeg, crumble the cheese with a fork, mix until smooth.

Prepare a kitchen brush, and if not, roll a piece of paper with a tube and make frequent cuts from one end to a length of 1.5-2 cm.
Divide the dough into 2 uneven parts (if you are using frozen puffs, thaw them beforehand). 6 thin layers from the big roll, bigger than the baking dish. A good margin should remain around the edges. Wrap a smaller portion with a towel or film to prevent the dough from drying out.
Put a layer in a mold, generously grease it with oil with a brush. Then spread the filling inside the cake.
Roll a few sheets from a smaller portion to fit the shape. Put them in order, do not forget to lubricate them. When using half of the prepared dough layers, wrap the hanging edges from the bottom inwards and continue to work.
Send the form in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. The sign of preparation is a brownish-golden crust. After its appearance, you can take out the baked goods and serve it in a hot or cold form.
