Stavis vodu da prokuha. Malo ulja i soli. Odmjeri brasna od koliko zelis obarusu praviti i stavi ga u tepsiju najbolje napravi hrpicu i polako sa tom vodom mjesis tjesto. Oprezno! Osjetis pod rukom kad je dovoljno. Onda to raspodijelis po tepsiji i peces…
