Ingredients for Profiterole Recipe
For the profiterole dough:
1 glass of water
1 glass of flour
1/2 pack margarine (125 grams)
3 large eggs
For the cream:
500 ml. milk
1.5 tea glasses of granulated sugar
3 tablespoons of flour
1 egg
1 pack of vanillin (or vanilla stick)
For the chocolate sauce:
220 grams of dark chocolate
200 grams of cream

After the dough is completely mixed with the eggs, let it rest for another 15 minutes.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
Let the cooked profiterole dough rest at room temperature.
Then, make a hole from the bottom with the help of a knife.
Fill it with the cream you have prepared.
For the chocolate sauce; Mix the dark chocolate that you cut into small pieces with the cream in a small saucepan until it melts completely, remove from the stove and leave to warm.
Sprinkle chocolate sauce and filet pistachios on the profiteroles that you lay on top of each other and serve. Bon Appetit!
