For the base:
1/2 cup almonds, 1/2 cup pre-soaked palm and 2 tablespoons coconut oil.
For the ginger layer:
2 cups soaked cashews, 1/4 cup coconut cream, 3 tablespoons vitamin C, 2 teaspoons ground ginger, 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey.
For the lemon layer:
2 tablespoons coconut oil, 3 tablespoons coconut cream and 1 lemon juice.
How is it done?
First, mix the almonds, dates and coconut oil thoroughly in a food processor. Get a sticky base.
Transfer the mixture to a square bowl or ovenware, press it with your hand, spread it and place it in the freezer.
Then for the ginger layer; Mix the soaked cashews, coconut cream, vitamin C, ground ginger, and pure maple syrup in a food processor until a smooth consistency.
Pour this mixture evenly over the base you prepared earlier and put it back in the freezer for about an hour.
For the lemon layer, mix the coconut oil, cream and lemon in a bowl. Pour over the mixture waiting in the freezer as the last layer.
