How to Make Lemon Cookie Recipe?
Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the butter and sugar with a mixer until it becomes creamy.
Add the eggs one by one and mix well after each addition.
After adding the cheese, lemon juice and lemon zest, mix well.
Finally add the dry ingredients and mix until the flour disappears.
Spread baking paper on 2 baking trays.
